One of the biggest challenges for students can be time management. Speaking of time management, have you heard of the Pomodoro Technique®?
The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method developed by Francesco Cirillo*. This technique uses a timer to break down work into smaller intervals, usually 25 minutes long and separated by 5 minute breaks. Each interval is known as a pomodoro, from the Italian word for tomato (after the tomato-shaped kitchen timer that Cirillo used when he was a university student).
