Rock Solid is excited to announce we have a new home! We’re moving to Citypoint Church at 200 S. University Boulevard in Denver. We’ll have plenty of room for grades 6-12 and our new K-5 program! The big move will be taking place over the next few weeks.

Several months ago we surveyed RSCA students asking them to compile a list of things they would love to see in a “school of their dreams.” Students listed several items including a gym, lockers, large classrooms, windows, and a field with space to run. While these dreams seemed an impossibility to some, God was already moving us toward making them a reality.
Back in March we found out it would be necessary to find a new home for our school. This quickly proved to be a difficult task. Our Board members contacted over 75 churches in the Denver Metro area as we searched for a new location. The search was discouraging at times, but we continued to pray, believing God would eventually answer our prayers and supply us with more than we could imagine.
Then we heard about a certain church in Denver. This church had housed various public and charter schools over the past few years. But now they were searching for a like-minded Christian school to lease their space. They wanted to find a school interested in urban ministry and community outreach, with a desire to partner in furthering God’s Kingdom. It soon became clear that this location would be the home Christ had chosen for us: Citypoint Church.
While the move involves a big change for our staff and students, we see this as a tremendous opportunity for RSCA’s future growth and plans for ministry. Changes, even good ones, can be difficult. We understand some of our families will be driving a bit farther than usual. It will take some time to adjust to the new location, and the physical move will definitely involve a lot of work for all. (We’ve been at our present location for over 21 years!).
We are excited and hopeful about Citypoint Church. We are grateful for God’s generosity and faithfulness. As we move forward, we ask you to pray for a smooth transition, increased enrollment, and God’s grace as we continue on the journey He has planned for Rock Solid Christian Academy.
