Dear Parents,
Why should you choose Rock Solid?
One thing we’re passionate about at Rock Solid is our partnership with parents. Our goal is not to replace you but to come alongside and support your efforts at shepherding your kids. The University model is built on this partnership. While God has entrusted you to educate and disciple your children, this can be a daunting task at times.
Our kids today are bombarded with messages about who they are, what they’re supposed to think, and how they should act. Social media, TV and movies, and music are constantly drawing their hearts and minds and filling them with worldly – not Godly – ideas. At the best, these messages distract our kids and keep them from passionately pursuing Jesus with all their hearts. At worst, these messages lead our teens and tweens on a downward spiral of depression, anxiety, and despair.
At Rock Solid, our Foundations program addresses these messages head on with God’s Truth. Our Foundations 1 class helps our young people, on the cusp of adulthood, discover the reality of Ephesians 2:10, “For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.” These semester-long, inquiry-based seminar classes are designed to teach students how to think critically about the messages from the world and judge them against the truth of Scripture. Alongside our Foundations classes, our academic program fully prepares students for whatever God calls them to by developing their critical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills.
While raising kids can be challenging, it helps to know that they are hearing consistent Truth both at home and school. We would love to have you visit and check out the Rock Solid difference.

High School
Our high school program seeks to meet each student where they are at by differentiating instruction to offer challenge and support tailored to each student. Our goal is to help fully prepare students for all that God has called them to. We offer dual-credit courses for those wanting to enter college with credits under their belt. We also offer personal finance and consumer math for those desiring practical, entrepreneurial skills. The University-Model develops time management skills and discipline that students need to succeed after graduation.
Christ-centered
While our classes are academically rigorous, our educational focus is on Christ and His truth. Apart from Christ, the most we can hope for is knowledge - the accumulation of facts. Wisdom, however, begins with an awe and reverence for God. From that foundation, we seek to guide students in developing a Christian worldview. At Rock Solid, we seek to equip students to engage our culture with God’s truth and to be fully prepared citizens of His Kingdom. Our Bible classes include surveys of the Old and New Testament, World Religions, and Apologetics. |
Curriculum
Each student develops a personalized academic plan based upon their personal goals following graduation. Our Rock Solid Foundations program provides students with a portfolio of real-world skills and a framework for discovering God’s plan and purpose for their lives. This framework culminates with the Senior Capstone project which gives seniors the opportunity to demonstrate the development of their vision of what is next for them in life based on their Christian identity. |
